Q. When does the season run?
A. Our upcoming spring season will begin in April 2026, with registration opening in January. Players who try out for, and make the Jets programs will play through July , with the Provincial championships being held around the beginning of August.
Our fall league begins each year in September. Players who participate in the Jets programs may participate in optional winter training.
Q. Can my child play in a division other than his/her age would dictate?
A. ALL requests to move up and down a division must be submitted to the CVBA for approval prior to registration. Mosquito - Bantam player requests to move up a division will only be entertained under exceptional extenuating circumstances.
Q. Can I request other players on my team?
A. Division managers will try to accomodate one friend request at the younger levels. At the older levels, the priority is to create balanced teams. If you have a friend request, please send it to the division manager in early April. We do our best to get to all of the requests, but they are not guaranteed.
Q. What is your withdraw/refund policy?
A. Two weeks prior to the program commencing, a full refund may be granted, without reason (less a $25 admin fee).
A 50% refund may be granted between, without reason, 1-13 days prior to the start of the season (less $25 admin fee).
After the season has started, up to and including the second week of play, refunds will be considered for medical reasons only, and must be accompanied by a doctors note (less $25 admin fee). There will be no refunds issued for any reason after this point in time.
Q. What nights of the week do we play?
A. 5U - Mondays, 7U Mondays/Wednesdays, 9U Tuesdays/Thursdays, 11U Mondays/Wednesdays, 13U Tuesdays/Thursdays, 15U - TBD, 18U - TBD
